An Advent calendar is a special calendar used to count the days of Advent in anticipation of Christmas. The word Advent means “coming” or “arrival”. During the month before Christmas, Christians prepare for the Advent of Jesus Christ. The church celebrating Advent goes back at least as far as the fifth century. This celebration brings out the warmth, love and togetherness among people as every person praises his lord for their existence and dances in joy
