Eligibility Criteria
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and seals intact.
• If the plastic seal or packaging is tampered/damaged, the return/exchange request will not be accepted.
• Requests must be raised within the specified timeline mentioned on your order details.
Store Credit
• For approved returns, store credit (valid for 12 months) will be issued.
• Store credit can be redeemed on any future purchase on our website.
Exchange & Return Procedure
1 Initiate Request
• Visit our Return Portal:

• Enter your order number and registered email/phone number.
2. Provide Details
• Select the item(s) eligible for return/exchange.
• Specify the reason and upload relevant images (especially for defective or incorrect product cases).
• Add remarks, if any.
3. Approval Process
• Approval typically takes 24–48 hours.
• Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup within 1–3 working days.
4. Documentation
• A photo/video of the product must be taken at the time of pickup, as a proof-of-condition record.
5. Reverse Pickup Charges
• Reverse pickup charges will apply as per the customer’s location/pin code.
• The applicable fee will be shown at the time of submitting the return/exchange request.
6. Store Credit Issuance
• Store credit will be issued within 2–3 working days after pickup confirmation.
• Reverse pickup charges (as applicable) will be deducted from the store credit amount.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Rejected Requests
Your exchange/return request may be declined if:
• The product is used, damaged, or missing accessories/tags
• The original packaging or seal is tampered
• The request falls outside the eligible return timeline
• Pickup cannot be completed due to unavailability or incorrect address
Important Notes
• Products bought during sale/clearance may not be eligible for returns/exchanges unless defective.
• Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
